The Cyprus Sport Organisation, through the Committee of Talents and High Record, activates the plan of Talents, which includes athletes - talents of high specifications. Its prequalification and at extension its integration takes place under the following conditions:

• Athletes who have occupied a place or have a record in the last 9 months are subsumed.
• Games of the official program of Olympic Games are only included
• Athletes who have occupied a place or have a record in the last 9 months are subsumed.
• In the plan athletes who have occupied the limits of integration are retrospectively included for six months.
• The list of the included athletes will be evaluated every three months by the Committee for a possible review of the list.

Cyprus Sport Organisation considers the support of selective athletes a necessity, because through them our country is internationally brought forth with their attendance in big organisations.

The plan of Talents is checked by the Organisation after collaboration with the Federations that will be involved.
