The Cyprus Cycling Federation aims at organising, running, diffusing, developing and uplifting the cycling sport in Cyprus according to the sport principles.
This objective is achieved by various means: 1. Co-operating with its Members and communicating with them with a view to better organising, diffusing and developing the cycling sport in any form of it.
2. 2.Organising and celebrating championships of all divisions among member clubs based on its declarations.
3. Organising and celebrating cycling competitions of open participation with a view to diffusing this sport.
4. Forming National Cycling Teams of different divisions.
5. Participating in both international and other cycling competitions.
6. Encouraging the member clubs both morally and materially as well as other vehicles with a view to promoting the fixed objective.
7. Acting and claiming before the supervising Sport Authority regarding the creation of modern facilities for the various competitions.
8. Co-operating with the State and its competent vehicles to introduce and cultivate this sport in schools.
9. Co-operating with the coaches, referees, umpires and the other sport agents.
10. Issuing leaflets, occasional bulletins and any other brochures helping to diffuse the fixed objective
11. Bringing out papers from lectures given and presentations during seminars for the diffusing of this sport and developing of the spirit of love for sports among athletes and fans.
12. Issuing regulations and instructions related to the cycling sport.
13. Organising seminars addressed to coaches and umpires involved in the sport and affording their attending abroad similar seminars.
14. The Cyprus Cycling Federation becoming member of relevant International Federations.
15. Building friendly relations with non-Cypriot relevant Federations.
16. Co-operating with other Sport Authorities and Clubs having similar objectives like the Cyprus Cycling Federation's.
17. Acquiring movable and immovable property of any kind.
18. Concluding lending agreements up to CYP5.000 and obtaining credit and / or other banking facilities from Banks and / or Co-operative Institutions.
19. Organising Cycling Clubs aiming at cultivating this sport, using and diffusing the bicycle as a means of exercising, moving and entertaining oneself.
20. Being involved in any other activity, which is deemed necessary to promoting and encouraging the cycling sport.
21. Introducing and selling at low prices or free, bicycles, accessories and all the necessary equipment, which is needed to cultivate this sport.
